Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also included in this new document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a legend identifying different sections of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.

Additional images made public as part of the current oversight release.
